--And this weekend I'm taking on the task of sorting out the language in Canada's recent announcement of its aid agenda. Guyana is not listed separately, but is apparently included in the "Caribbean," which is listed as one of 20 countries to benefit from Canada's assistance. (Hmmm...I see a problem with language there already.)
